FATS.
so yay! i finished my grade 13 exam~ i really love the number 13 ahhh.
grade 13'09 has 13 dancers lah lah lah...
2013 i will be JC2~^^

and woodlands street 13 and 13 suju members
and only 13.

and i am still 13 years old okay!?!

this is not the point!!!
the point here is.
the end of my grade 13 exam means the start of my fats losing plan...
(pay my respect to the old chubby heechul.)
today shall be the last day i ate normal food.
tomorrow i shall start to eat...
TOFU!a petal must follow the good example of her heechul!
okok lemme see what else i have to do.
(really, anyone wanna join the crazy me!?!??!)
1. tofu for breakfast tofu for lunch
2. plain water for my grumbling big stomach.
3. chilli to perspire!?!?!?(hello that's water u are losing not fats my dear!) me hates chilli.
3. 1 hour of exercise... (after which i will tend to eat a lot...)
4. 200 sit-ups before bed. (that's crazy kim heechul i bet u din do that!)
-copyrighted the kim heechul book of losing 8kgs in 2 weeks.
(oh not forgetting the dvd*)
* it has yet to exist.
SOOOOOOOO...
wish me good luck mahhhh people.
losing fats is really for my own good ahhhhhh!!!
the last time i tried (213ers will remember) i felt to lighttt that dancing became so much easier.
and and the last time i tried i can't climb stairs w/o feeling uber tired...
nevermind health shall be ignored these 11 days (before i piao back to china and start
暴饮暴食...) i am determined to lose FATS!
so so... 11 days i shall aim for 5 kgs (i am not kim heechul i am not crazy...)
which means the next time someone asks me for my weight it should be 40+ and not 50+!!
